In this clip on the counter-punching and defense, we're going to work some more on the defense
part of it. As I'm going to be throwing a right hand at Nick, what he's going to be
doing is he's going to be turning his body just slightly, but also raising his shoulder,
lowering his chin at the same time so that my right hand is embedded harmlessly into
his shoulder versus his chin. What happens is that's also not a scoring punch because,
again, we're only scoring to the front of the face, the temple area, the front of the
body, the sides of the body, but punches to the shoulders, to the elbows, to the gloves
don't count. So Nick's going to help us out with this one. Nick? I'm going to throw that
right hand at his chin. He's turning his shoulder, tucking his chin down into his shoulder and
the punch is harmlessly going into his shoulder. Okay, that's good. Alright, thanks.
