Hello and welcome. Today
I want to teach you an incredibly simple way to get baby soft skin from head
to toe. It's a method called dry brushing and this is one of the main reasons
I get a whole lotta this:
Rember the one thing - [gasp] how is your skin so soft?!
Dry brushing! This tool used a couple times a week can really be beneficial to your skin.
It helps stimulate circulation which brings nutrients your skin.
It helps with the lymphatic system which helps cleanse your system a
little bit.
And its exfoliating so it sloughs off those dull dead skin cells.
So allow me to demonstrate how simple this really is.
So I actually like to do this right before I take my shower.
So I usually just grab my dry brush
hop in the shower and then you just gonna start with one hand -
Now you didn't actually think I was naked did you? It's not that kinda show.
You're gonna take the brushing and just do light strokes on the back your hand
and up one arm. Now this is a light movement, this isn't an aggresseive
pressing. Basically the weight of the brush is all you really need. And then
just come up one arm and in to the chest and then
do the other arm and in toward the chest. Then you're going to move down to your feet and up
one leg, your foot up the other leg. If you get a brush
with a long handle you can get your back. And then I suggest your stomach last.
We're always basically remembering to move toward the heart
and the reason is and were simulating the lymphatic system and that's kind of the path
it takes. The lymphatic system, one of the things it does it recycles
the fluid between your blood
cells and that's really beneficial. Now when you're done
just take a shower like normal. This
I would suggest you wash maybe once every other week, maybe every week if you use it a lot.
Just use warm soapy water. Rinse it really well and dry it really well.
And that's it. That's all it takes to have supah soft skin, with a dry brush.
And there you have everything you could ever need to know on how you
use a dry brush.
You can find these at most drugstores CVS, Rite Aid things like that.
Or Target i think is where I got this one. Just look for something with
natural bristles
and you're good to go. And that's all I have for this week I thank you so much
for watching.
