On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make
crab cakes from my new book Not Just Desserts. Now we are basically just going to add the
final ingredients and yes in the receipt there are specific portions but you know as you
are doing a receipt you get your kind of feel for the receipt and so. So I'm just going
to add this I'm not measuring anything out if you feel comfortable with measuring the
receipts there are very specific amounts in the book in the receipt itself. But what I'm
just going to do I know by eye how much I want to put my oregano in how much I have
to put in, I know that Tabasco sauce I'm know just a few drops just like that and remember
this is going to add like a bit to the crab cakes so you don't want to get to crazy with
that, a little paprika and not to much.
