Ingredients required to make Mohanbagh Sweet
Green Gram Paste, Sugar, Ghee, Milk, Dried Whole Milk, Cardamom Powder, Cherries, Cashews & Raisins
Let's see how it's made
Take a pan and heat some ghee
Add a few almonds, cashews and raisins
Keep the fried nuts aside
And add the green gram paste into the pan
Add a cup of sugar
Add some milk
Now, add some dried milk into the pan
A little food color
A little cardamom powder
Then add the fried nuts
Take it into a plate and let it cool down
Now, cut the sweet into desired shapes
Top it off with some cherries and cashews
