So in this clip we're going to come into cat and cow pose. So if you started seating, begin
to lift up off your seat, come onto hands and knees, and Amy will be demonstrating here.
She's going to bring her shoulders over her wrists, her hips over her knees and her knees
will be hip-distance apart. With an inhale she's going to draw her belly down towards
the earth, lifting her sit bones up. Her heart's reaching forward, her gaze rises. On her exhale
she's going to curl her tail bone underneath, draw the lower belly up towards the sky, spread
her shoulder blades, press into the floor, drop her head and then elongate the back of
her neck. Inhale. She then draws her belly down towards the earth, shoulder blades slide
down her back. Her gaze lifts. This is cow pose. Exhale. She's going to curl her tail
bone under, and again.
