Hi, this is David for Expert Village today we are going to make coq au vin. Now we are
ready to dice up the onion. Okay we want a medium dice on here so just go ahead. We already
have this onion cut in half, with the rib still attached to it so it is easier to keep
it together. I want sort of medium fine dice. So go ahead and cut it that way to and just
cut it right down here. You are going to have some nice uniform slices in little cubes as
we go on. You see how beautiful this is this is the right size. All the vegetables you
want them to be sort of uniform size. It has to be about the same amount we are going to
cook this through you know so not as critical in this recipe.
