Hi, I'm Trevor Bending from OpticsPlanet here with some new Armasight products, and right now
I'm holding the MCS, this is a new mini red dot system on the market.
This is a great little system, it does a lot of things that other mini red dots don't
do. Right off the bat, I going to say this one has a night vision mode, so on this mini red
dot you flip the switch, button on the side, you can turn on the night vision
mode, bam. You can use it with a night vision monocular
and not blur out or drown it out, you know, get that halo effect on your monocular. It
doesn't have to be too bright. This one also has three different reticles you can
choose from.
So you can scroll through the buttons on the side and pick a different reticle that
you need.
Got a sensor on the front, it has an auto brightness mode, or you can also manually
choose what brightness you need depending on what conditions you're in, darker
lighter.
One of the great things about the MCS is that it has a side battery compartment. Pull
it off, switch the battery out, you're still good to go without losing your zero. Many red
dots are getting a lot more popular, you can throw it on top, use it as a primary optic
you can use it on a handgun
you can throw it on an offset mount on a fourty-five degree angle
use it there, you have your primary high-powered optic, you can switch over the
side convert
and you have a close range optic right here.
Some of the nice things also about the MCS are the add-ons they give you.
If you're in bright light, if you've used a red dot, you know that
sunlight can really blind you out and you're not going to see that red dot. Not the case
with the MCS. You actually have a sun filter here that goes right over the top
of it,
and now I have a filtered lens, so I can still see my red dot with this filtered lens. It'll
also cover the auto brightness just in case you want to control the brightness
all by yourself and not have to worry about that.
You don't need it, you can flip it right back up and when you need it
drop it right back down. So nice little add on having the sun filter on the MCS.
You also that your standard cover too if you want to protect your lens, you don't wany any dirt, grime getting in there
anything bad happening to it,
they also give you a standard cover as well.
Got a few different mounts coming out for the MCS, so look for those as well. Great
new site, a lot of abilities, night vision mode, adjustable reticle brightness,
different reticles you can choose from, look for the MCS on OpticsPlanet.com
I'm Trevor Bending, thanks for watching.
