Hey guys Liam here from Tekbloggers.com and today I have a review of 6tag for Windows
Phone.
(intro)
Instagram, is one of the most popular social networks around, but the app itself is only
available on iOS and Android. 6tag, is an unofficial client for Windows Phone that allows
you to do everything you can do in the official apps.
The app itself is quite quick. It loads pictures easily and video playback is supported and
works well. The photos are laid out in a card interface that allows you to flip each card
to like, comment, share and save the picture. Commenting and liking photos takes longer
than on official apps, but that is expected as this is an unofficial app.
One of the big features of the app is that you can actually upload photos and videos
to Instagram. You can record videos and take photos in the same way as iOS and Android
as well as choosing an image from your albums.
Instagram's features aren't missing either. You can add a filter to a photo, rotate it,
add a border, add a tilt-shift or even lux. You can share the photo on all of the major
social networks and the photo or video shows up on your Instagram account so you can view
it on the web, or the official iOS and Android apps.
If you want to access Instagram on your Windows Phone, then download 6tag. It's unofficial,
but works as it should and is simple to use. The app does take some time to load some features
but the app isn't from Instagram, so I can overlook that. It's a free download from the
Windows Store, the link is below.
