Aloha, Wally Carmichael here. I'm your Team Beachbody Coach out here in Hawaii.
TodayI'm going to explain to you the details about the free five-day
accountability challenge that i'm gonna be holding. I'm gonna
get this group started and it's gonna start on the 24th of March.
And what this challenge is going to include is minimal
exercise. Whatever it is that you can hand. And if you already got an exercise
program, great.
we're gonna really emphasise a lot on your
meal plan. Because as you may know if you've listened to my videos before and done you're own
research.
Health and fitness is 20 percent exercise in about eighty percent nutrition.
So we're going to focus a lot on nutrition.
We're going to focus a lot on what you should be eating and what you shouldn't be eating
and when, and how much. Okay? Like I said it's free.
It's not gonna cost you anything. But I will however
suggest certain um, maybe some supplements
based on who you are and where you're at because we'll be talking, we'll be
communicating back and forth.
you'll be communicating with the rest to the group as well. The way this is giong to
work is,
You gotta be on Facebook. If you don't have a facebook just get a facebook
just for this purpose. And that's all. Just for this purpose because we're gonna put in
a private facebook group.
where we all can communicate with each other
Every day you're gonna post something. You're gonna poste your sweaty picture you
gonna post you've meals you've been eating, you can post your challenges.
You're gonna post your goals, you're gonna, we're gonna get a little bit personal.
because this is how we're gonna help each other get through this. This is how we're gonna
help each other lose weight,
get healthier, get more energy. Whatever it is your goals or we're gonna help you
do that
in this group. In addition to that I'm gonna give you access to sign up to
as a, as a team Beachbody customer, absolutely free. It's not gonna cost you
anything.
Tthe reason why I'm doing for you is because
I want you to see, I wanted to get access to
all the information that's on the team Beachbody website
with all the nutrition tips, meal plans,
and everything else on there. I'm gonna give you access to sign up for free.
But you will have the ability if you care to sign up as a club member that's
completely up to you.
where you'll get more benefits. And we';; explain more that later, And then you'll be
able to see that on the site.
The important thing they don't want to get into this video
is the importance of this five-day
free challenge. Because what it is, is most people,
the start is where most people stop. That's from most people quit.
They want to get started. They keep pushing off a start date, keep pushing off the started time.
I'm gonna set the date for you.
And the date is the 24th of March. We're gonna get you started.
It's not as difficult as you think it is to get
healthy and fit. If you already have a workout program you can stick with that
workout program. If you don't have a workout program
I'm gonna suggest something to you like, to take a walk around the block
once or twice a day. Maybe go for a slow jog.
Do a few planks, hold a plank for five
you know for a minute or so. Do a couple pushups,
jumping jacks, whatever. Something/
We're gonna get you moving. We're gonna get you healthy, and we're gonna do this in
just five days. It's not gonna get
fit and you're not going to lose 20 pounds in five days. You're not gonna
be a superhero in five days. What we're gonna do is get you started.
And then where you go from there is completely up to you. You can go on and and and
realize that you can do this, you can get started, you can encourage other
people, and you can bring other people with you.
And that's the other thing about this challenge. Here's
another thing I wanted to do, it's not a requirement, but one thing that will help
you
dramaticly, just so much in this five day challenge
is grab somebody near you. A coworker,
sister, daughter, brother, uncle,
husband, wife whatever. Grab them,
one or two people and say do this with me.
Let's do this five day challenge together. Let's hold each other accountable here.
We're gonna post our stuff online, on Facebook
and maybe you can use the same Facebook post that's fine.
But bring somebody with you. Because having somebody there with you is gonna
be that much more accountability
for you. And the feeling of helping somebody else
along in their health and fitness journy is,
is unbelievable it's an unbelievable feeling. It's one of many
reasons why like being a coach so much.
Because the people that choose to
follow my advice and choose to follow my,
this lifestyle, it's just
it's an amazing feeling to be a part of that, and go along that journey with
people. So...
