Hey guys.
My name is Toni, and I'm going to show you how to make a quick and easy healthy breakfast.
So I'm going to start off by making a sandwich.
You can use either Nutella or peanut butter, whatever you like.
So I'm going to begin with Nutella.
You can use white bread or brown bread, whatever you like.
So now I'm going to put some bananas on there.
And you can also make this the night before, and just put it in the fridge,
and it'll be fine if you don't have time in the morning.
And to go along with that,
I'm also going to make a fruit and protein smoothie.
So I have some protein powder here.
You can get it either at the grocery store or some place like Wal-Mart.
They come in different flavors as well.
This is vanilla.
We can also get chocolate, and put the rest of the banana in there.
A little bit of honey.
And then some milk, too.
If you have any other fruit like strawberries or raspberries, you can put that in there, too.
Just blend it up, and you're good to go.
I gave you a little bit of an idea.
Definitely nothing very exciting, but it's good for in the morning,
and enjoy your first month back to school.
