Hello everyone. Today I am going to show you how to configure FileZilla for File Transfer
Protocol Access, more commonly known as FTP access. To begin, you are going to want to
FileZilla from www.filezilla-project.org. Going to Google and typing in "FileZilla"
for your operating system, download, and install. Once you have installed FileZilla, log into
your cPanel or other web master administration panel. Once logged in, go to "FTP Accounts",
and choose "Configure FTP Client" for the appropriate FTP account. This will show all
information that is vital for logging into your FTP account. Click on the icon below
the "File" drop-down to open the site menu. Click "New Site"and give the new site a name.
Fill the form out with the appropriate information. Once done, click "OK." name, and entering
in the password if your FTP account requires it. Once logged in, you may upload, download,
and delete files from the server as you wish. This tutorial on using FileZilla for FTP access
was made by request. Please visit the Programmer's World Forums at www.programmersworld.elementfx.com.
