This is Eagle done with the left arm crossing over the right. Also, I've decided to sit,
to offer another variation. Reaching out the arms to the side, crossing the left arm over
your right, create that V. Wrap, wrap your arms in your right wrist so that the right
arm, the right hand, grasp on to the left. Bring your thumb, the tip of your thumb to
your third eye. Point that left hand up to the sky, focus and breath, feeling the stretch
into your arms and your shoulders. Breathe and breathe and breathe. Finding your center
and finding your focus.
And then gently unwrap your arms and there we go.
