Hello and welcome to a new Episode of BBQ aus Rheinhessen
Today i am going to show you a tiny delicious Fingerfood for Adults
Jack Daniel´s injected Moink Balls !!!
You already might know Moink Balls.. These tiny Meatballs wrapped in Bacon...
but today we take it one step further... and combine it with Jack Daniel´s Whiskey
First we inject the Whiskey...
and then i glace the Moink Balls with my selfmade Jack Daniel´s Chipotle BBQ Sauce...
i will show you the Recipe of the BBQ Sauce in the following Video.
And now let me show you the ingrediences...
1 kg ground Beef,
Breakfast-Bacon in thick slices
This is my favourite BBQ Rub: Sweet&Smokey by Ted Reader
and of course: Jack Daniel´s Whiskey !!
and a Marinade-Injector to apply the Whiskey
I start by adding 6 Tablespoons of Rub to the Meat...

and a nice pinch... or two of Jack Daniel´s Whisky
and now i start mixing it up gently
I didn´t put much pressure on the Meat.. i want to keep it loose
Just grab a half handfull of Meat and gently form the Meatball..
There is no need for pressure..because we still want to inject the Jack Daniels´s Whiskey
Now let me prepare the other Balls...
Now grap 2 slices of Bacon...
and wrap the Meatball...
so we have a wonderfull Bacon wrapped Meatball..
Then i will put them in a Box so they can rest over night
and tomorrow its going on the Grill...
Before the Moink Balls rest in my fridge... i will inject some Jack Daniel´s Whiskey...
Our Grill is preheated... indirect heat...
and place the Moinkballs on the indirect side...
now i close the lid and let them grill for 30 minutes
after 20 Minutes it´s time to inject another round of Whiskey. This time i use the "Winter Jack"

and now i brush on my selfmade Jack Daniel´s Chipotle BBQ Sauce...
just glace the Moink Balls with it.
Now let them rest on the Grill for 15 Minutes..and it´s time to eat :)
This is what they look like when they are finished..
And now the Jack Daniel´s injected Moink Balls glaced with my Jack Daniel´s Chipotle BBQ Sauce are ready to eat....
