Mobilizing the knee joint on the left. Just lay right down and bring that left knee in
and lift it towards the ceiling. Take both hands behind the left knee and soften the
knee, in the back of the hands and then tuck those elbows right into your side. Your back
stays flat on the floor. As you inhale, you lift that left foot up high and then exhale.
Tuck that knee right in towards you so you can benefit the hamstring, as well. Inhale,
reach up tall, stretching high with those toes and then exhale. Bring that knee deep
in towards you. Inhale, lift right up tall with that left foot and then exhale. Bring
that knee right in towards you. Inhale, lift up tall with the left foot. Exhale, bring
that knee right in towards you. Inhale, lift up tall, so the toes go up high and then exhale.
The elbows stay right inside and your back stays firmly in the floor. One more time,
inhale, reach for it, up tall and then exhale. Bring that knee right in towards you and then
release your hands and release the foot to the floor.
