Turning jumps on the BOSU-ball is definitely fun and definitely an advanced move, so don't
try this if you're not ready for it. You want to step on the ball. You're going to squat
down. You're going to jump, turn all the way around, so 180 and you've got to catch yourself,
which is the hard part. So you might want to look down, to see where your feet are being
placed, so that you can land properly. So that's something that can get your heart rate
up, get your legs working really hard, because you have to push off in that squat, but definitely
not a beginner move.
