Hi, my name is Clint Schambach and I am a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with
Level Up Fitness in St Louis, Missouri.
One of the first questions I am always asked and rightfully so, is how much does personal
training cost?
There is a pretty wide range of costs when it comes to personal training, because there
are a few factors that go into it. But by choosing the correct personal trainer, you
can get to your weight loss goals faster, safer and save you money in the long term.
Most commonly, it depends on how many times per week you are training, and for how many
months you are looking to workout with a personal trainer. The more times you are planning on
working out per week, the cheaper the cost per session. And the same is true for the
duration of your personal training. On average, the cost of working out with a trainer can
range anywhere from $50-$70 per session.
One thing to be cautious of, especially when planning to workout with a personal trainer,
is that you will usually get what you pay for. There are a lot of local gyms and fitness
centers that advertise very cheap personal training, or budget training. Many times these
personal trainers have never been certified or are not insured which means they can also
cost you more money in the long run. Many times, by not choosing the cheapest trainer,
you will get a trainer of much higher quality who gets you to your goals more quickly, and
safely.
If you or anyone you know is struggling with fitness or weight loss, and has been going
to their local gyms, fitness center, or health club bootcamp without seeing any fat loss
results, then let me invite you to check out additional videos on our website or YouTube
