This is OmniGraffle 6.
It has new and redesigned features
to make graffling even easier.
We’ve updated the interface
and all of the icons,
so OmniGraffle feeels cleaner
and works better on different screen sizes —
especially in full-screen mode,
taking full advantage of your retina display.
Canvases and layers now live in a single sidebar,
giving you a clearer view of your document
in less space,
or almost no space at all.
Here’s our brand new Guide Inspector,
where you can quickly manage vertical and horizontal guides,
delete them,
or copy to another canvas.
Layers got a whole lot of love too.
You’ve always been able to share layers,
but now, it’s wicked easy.
Just click, and it’s shared across every canvas.
Ahh… much faster.
You can also now export your canvases,
layers intact, to Photoshop®.
On the right is our new inspector sidebar.
When you select an object,
the inspector automatically switches
to the most relevant tab.
For instance, the new Type Inspectors,
which add controls for font attributes
and custom kerning.
We’ve made shapes easier to work with as well.
First: text scaling.
Turn on Font and Stroke Scaling
to effortlessly resize both.
Combined shapes are much more powerful,
now that they’re non-destructive.
You can tweak them as much as you’d like,
without having to recreate your original shapes.
You can also drag Inspector boxes
to add your most often used controls
to the Mini Inspector.
OmniGraffle now understands
how high-density displays work,
for when you’re designing web and interface mock-ups.
The new Resource Browser
makes it easy to customize templates
and stencils to your liking.
Just open a copy,
and save your changes.
Document syncing is fantastically easy
with OmniPresence,
keeping you up to date
on all of your devices.
OmniGraffle plays nicely
with all of the latest Mac OS X features.
