My name is Dragos,
and I will be talking a little bit about my contact
with looking at yourself,
as described and shared with us by John Sherman.
I could say that before looking at myself,
my life was the life of a typical seeker
in the spiritual realm
and I had gotten to a point where I was
with deeply-ingrained habits of looking,
and I wasn't finding myself in any way.
At some point, I stumbled upon John's message,
and frankly, for two years,
I didn't really consider it as being a valid message,
so I kind of forgot about it.
But, as time passed away,
I found myself coming back again and again to John's message,
so at some point I decided to really give it a try,
to really try and see what would happen
if I would actually look at myself
in a consistent and decided manner.
So I did that,
and after a couple of months,
maybe three to four months of looking almost every day,
my perception of myself, and the perception of the world around me
started to change in a very positive
and simple and natural manner.
What happened is that everything that John promised came true.
All of the seriousness of life and the at-stakeness
that he speaks about are now gone for me.
And though I still have trouble sometimes,
and there are still difficulties,
there are still good moments, and some bad moments,
at all times I know that I'm here, and that I'm me,
and that nothing actually touches me.
It's a very deep and subtle sense of peace
that never actually goes away.
And I would recommend this to every human being
who wants to find something in their life
that is actually true.
True to themself, and true to the world.
