So Once we've made this decision to continue on our healthy journey
we get to surround you in this supportive cocoon and what we want to talk about today is what
happens while we're in this supportive
bubble of love
and you'll see in the attached notes
we've got the entire foundation of health
is on page thirty
of the Habits of Health book where we talk about
what
what is our life going to look like on the other side of this transformation
and the invitation is to harness the power
of habits, moving from the habits of disease to the habits of health
So, Yes in the beginning we are focused on food
optimal nurishment
to heal the body to get into a state of fat burning and to get into a healthy weight
and then of course iwe're talking about increasing movement, exercise
creating a fit and healthy lifestyle movemnet and activity but beyond that we're
talking about
recuperative sleep
stress reduction
a micro environment of health
a community that supported and sustains us
a life of purpose and fulfillment
all of these pieces are part of our on going lessons
so just to give you a taste
of what's happening during this transformative phase

and what we want to remind you to do is to take a look inconvenient guide page
six which will have some ideas of looking at your habits now what are
the habits of disease now and then that are the habits of health that you could replace them with?
so what we want to do is look at just one or two habit s
that you have right now that aren't serving you for your optimal goal
so what we want to invite you to do is to replace them with a habit of health
so this week contact your health coach and post it on team two step, we can all
support each other in that and have a great week
