Hello my name is Scott Soller and I'm here on behalf of expertvillage. Welcome to the
power flow series. We're going to be doing some flowing movements progressively going
from ease of movement to more challenging positions. We'll be both flowing and holding
postures which has a wonderfully opening and strengthening effect. Remember your power
strength is connected to your flexibility. So it is important to keep in mind that you
want to stay with the strength of your breathing. Body, breath, mind is yoga and the breath
is the bridge, so let the breath be your guide. Imagine the movements coming out of the breathing
and in this way we'll be able to modify and to adjust and to back off when we need to.
We'll also be able to press when the time is right. So why don't we begin our first
series. We'll do a couple of warm-ups and we'll take it from there.
