Halve the Prawns lengthways and devein if necessary.
Slice the Parma Ham into 1cm thick slices.
Ensure your ingredients are ready and accessible and have the large pot at the back with boiling with salted water. Add the Butter and Garlic to the frying pan and cook garlic until soft.
Throw in the Parma Ham and cook until crispy (3min approximately).
Next, throw the Prawns into the frying pan. Also add the Capelli d'Angelo pasta to the water at the back. The pasta will be cooked in maximum 2min. 1min after adding the Prawns, add the chopped Chilli to the frying pan.
Using a strainer, add the Pasta straight into the frying pan. Don't be afraid to get some of that water in their but don't flood your frying pan as it will emulsify with the fat. Gently mix the contents of the frying pan.
Add the Parsley season with Salt & Pepper as necessary. Toss they frying pan again and Serve.
