Alright guys, welcome back to my kitchen, today we gonna cook some vegetarian pizza
with sun tried tomatoes and Comte cheese and also we gonna make a lovely salad with arugula
and sprouts with a little dressing with lemon and olive oil and we gonna add some shallot,
garlic and apple. So let's get started, I guess. Humm, some white flour for the Pizza
and also, I want to show you something, I get a new, one pizza stone from Sur-La-Table
and today we gonna try it. We get some active yeast. Active yeast, actually we did go to
WholeFood and going there is more simple for most peoples. So active yeast, alright. So
that's how it looks, just like that, and
then you need some water. Actually it would be better to have like warm water. We gonna
warm up a little bit the water, so it's gonna help actually the yeast to develop, so that's
much better. So let's put like, how much is in this one, like five hundred milliliters.
When it is in room temperature, the yeast...because it is nutritional ...no, it is active yeast
it's gonna develop. Then we gonna put it into the flour, then we gonna put some little bit
of olive oil, and then a little bit of salt, and then we gonna leave it like for an hour.
During that hour, it gonna growth and develop. During that time, I recommend to start the
tomato sauce. Same thing, we gonna take six of this beautiful tomatoes right here and
we gonna cook it and the rest of the tomatoes we gonna slices them finely and those tomatoes
gonna be on the top, right on the top of the pizza. It's gonna be delicious. Because we
haven't done that before, we can just cut the cheese right now. What I like to do now,
it's to clean to tomatoes actually, so let's wash the tomatoes. Very important, those ones
are organic. Organic is fine but for the tomatoes that you buy at the supermarket, that are
not organic, please, wash them, much more Thoroughly, ok.
So this ones are fine, just remove the little sticker that are here and they are very very
wow, organic tomatoes, those tomatoes, no problems about that. You cut this one and
this one actually and the three little ones that left we just gonna put on the top, you
know, to make a nice layer on the top. Cut it a little bit more finally that's what I
gonna do. So right now, I gonna put the tomatoes I just cut, we gonna put them back on the
plate, ok. That's gonna serves as a tomato sauce base, very important, right, put over
here, oops. And then the sun dried tomatoes that we bought also in WholeFood and then
we just gonna cut it a little bit to make it nice on the pizza, alright. So a little
bit of the same thing that the tomatoes, we take the sun dried tomatoes. This recipe is
absolutely fabulous, my sister, my family and my friends they all love it, alright.
So, we just gonna cut, slices like that. Here we go, let's get that out of the way and now
I think that's ok. Ok.Ok, that's the yeast that we just put on the bowl a little bit
earlier and that's the flour, ok. So, in the yeast you put your water, like here, humm,
be careful that is not too hot. Then it's gonna get a little bite messy, you better
be ready. You put...make sure it's mixing well, and then you put in over here, and then
the messy part of course is...to mix all the ingredients together.
