Hi! My name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a white
Christmas cake. The timer's gone off and our cakes should be done. Here we go. Looks a
little like cornbread. We just want to trim these out onto a cooling rack. I'll run a
knife just around in case I missed any areas. What I like to do to turn them out is just
to kind of do a sandwich thing. That way I don't have a mishap. Turn it over, get your
hand under there, and there's one. Do that will all 3 and let them cool. With them turned
out, let them cool for about a half an hour to an hour so that it won't melt the frosting.
Then we'll begin to frost and decorate this Christmas cake.
