Hi, my name is Leta Koontz and I am a teacher at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pennsylvania
and I am here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you, to demonstrate, and to teach
you some inversions. So if you're feeling comfortable with the tripod prep headstand,
we're going to try to come into a tripod headstand. Again, we're going to bring our hands, creating
that nice big triangle. Hands are shoulder distance. We're going to bring the point slightly
forward from the center of the crown to the floor. We're going to bring our knees onto
our elbows. We're going to bring our feet together and we're going to lift our feet
up and to the ceiling. Hold here for a few breaths. And we wait in the pose. Bring the
knees back towards the chest, rest the knees on the elbows, and bring the feet to the floor
and then come up to seated.
