It's actually been one
of the traditions of our asathiza and akabireen (elders) that whenever our teachers went on
a trip or whenever they went away, whenever they came back they would dedicate that lesson
and give people targheeb, about the trip and the lessons that we can take
from the trip and as students of deen I think its important we continue with that tradition.
The main reason is that every trip has a moral and in effect really every journey that we
do should be done for
the sake of Allah (SWT), they should always be an essence an element of deen in our journeys
because you should remember only two things as the messenger of Allah (SAW) has taught us,
there is only two things that make a person travel whether its from his home to
the masjid, to work, to the next town or whether its across the country or even across the
world, theres only two things that will make a person travel; number one is
rizq (sustenance) your sustenance will call
you to that place where Allah (SWT) has willed
for you to take that sustenance, your rizq doesnt come to you, you
go
to the rizq, there is a calling everyday.
