Erik: When are you at your best? Ken: Interesting. I try to be as non-stop
as possible, if that make any sense, 'cause I'm juggling a lot of different things. So
whether it's first thing in the morning on a run, or meetings in the afternoon, I kind
of feel like I have to always be on and be my best because I'm juggling a restaurant,
real estate, running for city council, trying to be a good husband. So I try to do my best
to be in the moment whenever I'm doing something, so. I think having a diverse schedule, not
being stuck with one regimented, you know, platform during the day, been able to break
up my day allows me to kind of approach every situation as a new experience and take it
as a fresh start. And since I'm trying to do so many things at once, I think that's
been able to actually help me succeed do multiple things because then every time you're doing
one thing, you put everything else aside and you just focus on that.
