Interviewer: First of all, can you introduce yourself.
Crawford: Carol Crawford, CDC. Interviewer: Okay. And after today, what have
you learned or what tools might you use in your communication strategies?
Crawford: I learned a lot; but most interesting was Andy Carver's part on NPR, the mapping.
I think he's got some relevancy to CDC at gaining data, getting some more user input.
I think also, doing more with the two-way communication that we don't always have time
to do. So it's been good. Interviewer: So right now, you feel like you're
more one way and you'd like to move to two way?
Crawford: Yes. Interviewer: Okay, great.
