bjbj LINDSAY:Guys! Let me tell you what I just did the most insane workout ever; covered
in sweat here I did the 500 rep workout I m telling you it is no joke. Hey guys, what
s up? This is Lindsay with insanehomefatloss.com I m here to give you an awesome fat burner
workout today it s going to jock your heart rate up sky high, we are going to call it
the 500 reps fat burner workout. There are so many reps going on in this workout that
we are going to keep track of it you are going to see them across the screen. I m going to
be keeping track here in my notepad so the first ones that we have are frog jumps so
we are going to come forward like this I want you to get real low just like a frog does
so we are going to have 100 reps of those. The next thing we are going to do are our
burpees so I want you to do the jump, come down kick your legs out, do a push up, come
back, full burpee there. The next thing we are going to do is a knee to elbow plank.
I want you to come down in a plank position for this make sure to bring your knee all
the way across touching your elbow I know you are just that flexible so we are doing
it, bring it all the way up and switch it. Next thing is our pushups; push up is all
the way down. The last thing we are going to do is mountain climbers, plank position
and pretty straight forward, like that. So we are going to get started, first thing we
have are our frog jumps, frog jumps I got all written done we are going to do 100, burpees
we are going to do 50, knee to elbow plank we are going to do 100, our pushups we are
going to do 50 I know you can do those, mountain climbers 200. So I m trying to make my goal
about 20 for this first one, let s see how well I do there we go I m going to write that
down, now next we have our burpees, I m going to try 20 we ll see how we do m going to go
for 10. There we go, let me write this down first. Now we have our knee to elbow plank,
100 reps, let s see how we can go for and 20. Pushups we have 50 of these; let s see
how far we can go and 10. Mountain climbers 200, I can do that I m breaking in sweat.
That was 40. Back to our frog jumps here, ribbit!Plus 10, that will be 20. Now we have
burpees we are going to try everything to get 10 done, I m dying already I know you
are too but we can do this together 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, one more we can do it
10, write it down. Knee to elbow planks; here we go we are going to get through these, that
s20 of those. Pushups here we go, come on guys I m dying too we can do this together
stick with it don t care if this takes you 30 minutes, don t care if you re an amazing
athlete and it takes you 5 we getting through it, ok. Mountain climbers, here we go I didn
t think I was going to make it 40 more mountain climbers. Back to our frog jumps can t believe
it here we go1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10 more of those. Burpeesplaying dead here
this is one of my least favorite, here we go, there s 3, come on do it with me, push
me and there s 10. Elbow to knee planks next I m getting some water you should. Here we
go that was 20. We have pushups next, here we go drop down to your knees if you need
to, I may need to ok time to go back in search for some padding 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Mountain climbers here we go that was 30. Frog jumps here we go guys 2 more 10 there
we go. Alright guys here we go with burpees, least favorite one 4 and 5. Knee to elbow
planks and that s 20. Pushups here we go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, stay with me, 8, 9, 10,
goodness gracious. Another set of those and back to our frog jumps let s see how we can
do, feel free to use the towel, here we go! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, here we go, 7, 8, stick
with me guys, 9, 10. Ok burpees.That was 5,knee to elbow planks this should be our last set
so let s get through it 3 more, 3 more, there we go! Here we go guys, we can do it, we can
do it, and we got to do it! There are 30. It s ok I m sticking with you, you re sticking
with me, we re doing this together. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, one more, 10, 10! 10,
20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70.Burpees I think we should catch our breath and see how many
we can get. I m going for 10, you going for 10? Let s do this, here we go 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, half way there, 6 here we go guys stick with me, 7, 8, 9 one more, 10. I think we

guys I know you re sweating, I m obviously sweating we made it through though that s
the thing that counts 500 reps high fat burning again I don t care if it took you 10 minutes,
I don t care if it took you 30 minutes, I don t care if it took you an hour, hydrate
