Scott Bradley from scottbradley.name. And in this video I'm going to share with you something
that is for Wordpress blog. It's a Wordpress blog plugin that I recently found that is helping me
keep people on my site longer, increasing page views, giving me an easier way to build my email
list or promote any product that I want. And it's all done and managed in one plugin.
So instead of telling you about it, I'm going to show you what it is and show you how I'm using
it so that you could use it for yourself as well to get the same results as I am. The plugin is called
May We Suggest. And in this blog post as you see here on my website, it basically is a plugin
that shows up at the bottom of every one of your blog posts or at the bottom of any page. And
on the left-hand side, you're going to see that it allows you to put either links to past blog posts
that you've written or pages that are on your site. And on the right-hand side, it allows you to
put an image clicking to whatever that you want to.
So as you can see here on my blog, I'm promoting Lead Pages as an affiliate because I use it for
myself and I know that it is an awesome platform that I want to promote and make money
promoting to my readers.
What's really cool about this plugin that I really, really like is that all of this is customizable. So
if I wanted the blue check mark there I could put it there or I don't have to put it there. I can
customize this text. I can customize this text. I can also customize that text. And if you haven't
already seen the customization and how awesome it is, you can also customize what exactly
shows up here. So if you wrote blog posts in the past, kind of like a related post plugin, this can
be completely customizable. You can put, I believe, six different articles or pages here that you
can leverage and also you can obviously customize this and what you want it to be.
Now, taking it a step further. With this plugin being at the bottom of every blog post, you're
probably asking yourself, okay, do I just have to do one global configuration and I have to have
the same one all of my blog posts. And the answer is no. You can have a global configuration
that puts at the bottom of every single one of your blog posts, but say that you have 50 blog
posts on your site and you're writing the 51st blog post and you want this plugin at the bottom of
that 51st blog post to be customized from the normal global configuration, that's possible too.
I'm going to show you that, how I've done that on my site.
So this is the how to create an effective advertisement, asking yourself these five questions. And
on this next article, this is an article that I wrote about my experience going to a Chick-fil-A
opportunity meeting. And I said okay, I'm getting a lot of traffic to this blog post. I want to
customize the May We Suggest plugin,
knowing that the traffic coming here is around franchising.
So what I ended up doing was, I kept the articles on the global configuration the same, but I
customized this image to be clicking over to an affiliate product that I got through Click Bank.
Now what's really cool about this is when you start thinking about the possibilities that you
could put pages over here or blog posts, you can build funnels, marketing funnels off of each one
of these links. And you can also build marketing funnels and exposure points for each one of
these images. So you can put your Facebook page links, your Twitter page links, sales pages,
videos, anything, and you don't have to have the blue check mark. You can customize this check
test. As you can see, I have it as may I suggest. Like you could do may we suggest. May your
company name suggest. It's really freaking awesome. And when you think about the big scope
of being a blogger, you know that you get traffic to multiple different blog posts on your site and
when you have a plugin like this at the bottom, it's going to be getting people to click over to
other articles on your site which is going to increase the time on site. It's going to increase the
page use per visit and it's going to promote any product or
any type of link that you want with this image.
I can't tell you, when I saw this, how brilliant that I thought it was. And as I started using it I
noticed all these metrics on my site going in the right way. And I was seeing more clicks on my
affiliate's links. More clicks on these certain articles on my site. It's really an amazing plugin
from what I saw. And I think what makes it great is that it opens up the ability to create that one
global configuration and then also customize it going forward.
Now if you've watched this far and know it's for you, all you have to do is go to May We
Suggest Plugin and you can purchase it there. But I'm going to keep going. May We Suggest
Plugin and you can purchase it there.
So I want to show you another thing and how I've customized it on my site. This is a podcast
that I did with my buddy Tom Trush who wrote The You Effect. And I said okay, what are the
other podcasts that I have on my site that I want to make sure that show up on these articles. So
as you can see here, I've shortened the different articles, the amount of articles so on the Chick-
fil-a one you can see I have one, two, three, four, five. But on this one, I only chose four but the
very first one is podcast are you doing things smarter, faster and cheaper. And that is a podcast
that I did with my buddy David Siteman Garland who wrote the book Smarter Faster Cheaper.
So you can think about this like you can go through all of your different blog posts on your site
that get a lot of traffic and then customize what you want to show up here based on knowing the
type of traffic that's coming into each blog post.
Now get this. If you were able to put blog posts, you can also put different sales pages on your
site. So if you host your sales pages or your capture pages within your Wordpress site, you can
easily link them here without any problems quickly, easily and efficiently.
Now I just want to show you the back end real quick just so you can know what it looks like and
how easy it is to customize. After you download the plugin, again if you need to download the
plugin you go to maywesuggestplugin.com. And you can press pricing and you can check out
what that is all about. But here is what the global configuration is going to look like.
So on the left-hand side, this is I am in thesis, so on the left-hand side is May We Suggest. And
you can come up here and start customizing this title, customizing this title. If you wanted the
blue check mark or you did not want the blue check mark, all you got to do is click it and it's off.
Then it's back on.
Now this is the custom. Now what's great is that for the global configuration, this manages the
global configuration and then I'm going to show you how the individual blog post configuration
and how you can do that. So in this, this is, you have three different choices. For each blog
post, you can either create a custom global configuration which is what I have done here, which
by just clicking custom, putting the articles here. Now the way to put the articles there is that
you can see expand posts posts. So this shows all the blog posts currently on your website and
all you have to do from this point is click it, drag it up here and let it go. And it allows you to
customize the global configuration. And for this, it's the same way with the ads. So you got to
go into the ads manager. I'm going to minimalize this. Ads manager and you literally click,
drag, drop here and it automatically recognizes it.
Now if you didn't want to customize and you wanted the plugin to show your latest blog post,
so let's say your last five or your last six, you click this little latest button and it will only show
those. Or it also does the same thing as a related post plugin where you can click related.
So that is the global configuration. Scrolling down here, you want the visibility on posts or
pages. As you heard earlier, I can easily put this plugin at the bottom of any page on my website
as well. So right now, I'm only showing it on posts just because that's my personal preference.
But really, depending on your website and what you use it for and how your funnels and
marketing funnels and lead generation funnels are set up, you may want to put it on pages and
posts so all that you would have to do is click both and it would activate it immediately.
Now there are four different ways to make it look that are in the plugin itself. As you can see
here, this is the set up I'm using currently. But again, there's this one set up where it's kind of
customizing articles and product and it's making the posts look a little different. On here, it's
basically creating that little dome shape at the top and customizing things a little bit better or
different depending on what your site looks like. And then there's this one which is more of a
square, boxy look depending on what you want and what you want it to look like.
So basically, that is the global configuration. Now I'm going to show you briefly how you can
customize it for each individual blog post. So again, as you know, I pulled up the Tom Trush
interview blog post and I want to just show you, if you already had your global configuration set
up for all the posts on your site, but then as you started going through your Google analytics the
what's getting a lot of traffic, which plugins do I want to customize on each individual blog post,
you come into each blog post. Scroll down and you're going to see the May We Suggest options.
So you definitely want to show it. Now you can also choose not to show the plugin on different
blog posts depending on what you want it to look like or what you want your posts to look like
or anything. Again, this plugin is a true blank slate for what you need and what you want.
So as you can see here, what I customized on this one blog post was this actual order of blogs.
So this is the podcast as you saw, so I click custom. There it is. Now if I just wanted the global
configuration, I would just click global. I wouldn't have to think about it. And it would just
pull my global configuration from what I showed you in this screen over here. But I wanted to
customize it since I knew someone came in listening to a podcast and I wanted to push them to
other podcasts on my site.
And as you can see here, I didn't have to do anything here because it's obviously pulling in,
we're going to go back to that post here, it's already pulling in the global configuration from the
actual site itself or from the plugin itself. So as you can see here, they're similar posts, there's
other posts, so it already recognizes potential similar posts in your site. And this makes it easy
for you to customize per post which is great.
Now if I wanted to put pages, again as I showed you, I can put different pages in here, all you
have to do is you know, come down here if you want to put a contact page or an about page or
whatever, again, it all depends on how you want to structure your funnels when you do it.
Now one other little cool thing that I love is say that you knew that you had a blog post that you
wrote but you didn't know, you didn't want to scroll through your thousands of blog posts, all
that you have to do is click okay, marketing. What posts did I do with marketing? And they all
pop up right there. So customizing it is a true breeze. It makes it so easy. And I mean when you
really customize this to every single one of your blog posts and every single one of your pieces of
content on your site, you can imagine from a marketer's standpoint, whether you are full time
blogger really looking for increase in page views, increase in your ability to promote affiliate
links, or if you are a company with a Wordpress based blog, you know this gives you a true, a
very nice ability to promote specific products on
specific blog posts that are in your shopping catalog.
So if you are an Overstock.com, if you are an Amazon.com or if you're a smaller retailer who
does niche type items, you can create blog posts specifically about those niche type items and
then right at the bottom of your blog post you can actually have the image
to your checkout page for that item.
So the possibilities here are really endless. And when I saw this plugin I knew that this was
going to be something I was going to put on all of my sites. As you can see here on my
leanstrongbody.com site, I've put it here as well. So you know, I've popped it here, maybe
suggest, I have an affiliate link and as you can see here the images you can put gifs, jpgs, pngs,
anything. And so this clicks over to another affiliate product and I can also customize on the
left-hand side just like I showed you.
So I really hope that you see the value in this. I absolutely love this plugin. I am seeing great
positive feedback on my site in page views, clicks over to my affiliate links, conversions, all that
fun stuff. So if you think that this is something for you after showing you this, all you need to
do is go to maywesuggestplugin.com, maywesuggestplugin.com. Check out the page, but
basically this is just the page that briefly shows you what you need to know. And pick it up for
yourself. You're going to absolutely love it.
I totally love it and I'm recommending it to all of my friends.
So I really hope you enjoyed this video. And I hope you have a great day and wonderful rest of
the week. Bye for now.
