Totally.
Don’t you have trouble getting to sleep?
Well sometimes if I drink Coffee right before bed I have a little bit
of a problem falling asleep but usually I have no problems whatsoever
What about you?
Sometimes I toss and turn if I have a lot on my mind.
But usually I can drift off pretty quickly.
To cope with my hectic schedule, I’ve been drinking a lot of coffee lately.
I think I’ve gotten a little strung-out actually. And I’ve just been feeling really
stressed in general.
Why don’t you try getting some exercise?
Endorphins are much better than caffeine any day.
Actually I got a great workout in my ballet class.
But I thought ballet was only stretching and stuff,
you also do cardiovascular work?
We do do a lot of stretching on the floor and the bar,
but we jump a lot as well and burn tons of calories.
If you give it a try I think you will feel much more energetic.
And actually, I eat well as well.
I usually just skip breakfast I go to like Paris Baguette and
order a coffee and that’s it.
That’s the worst thing you can do. No wonder you have no energy.
So what do you propose?
First of all, don’t miss any meals. If you do that, you will
gorge yourself when you do end up eating.
Be sure to munch on lots of fruits and vegetables, and
hold back on junk food. Plus don’t forget exercise!
