HAROON: So Andy, you've been through the Khemeia Way (the marketing process). Just tell me,
what were you struggling with before you cam on the process? ANDY: I was struggling really
with deadlines to be honest. You know, making a commitment to getting an idea across. So
I felt I needed a bit more guidance on direction and commitment. HAROON: Ok, and how were doing
in terms of like generating leads and sales through your website and social media? ANDY:
I wouldn't say I had a programme. I didn't really have a strategy. HAROON: What were
your favourite parts of the process? ANDY: I like the simplicity. I like the way the
guys at Khemeia communicate ideas. You know, you can be bombarded with technology and talking
about social media and things like that (that a lot of us don't fully understand). I think
you communicate that idea very clearly, that I understood. HAROON: What did you think was
different about our process, maybe from other marketing processes you may have been on?
ANDY: I think the process is very, for a word, humanised. You know, it's very technical,
but you communicated in a way that I understood, it's very informative, it's simple and it
gives you quite a clear direction. HAROON: Now that you've been the process, tell us
what's happening now in the business and with your website and with social media and everything
like that. ANDY: I've got more of a commitment. I've got more of a direction. We have plans,
you know we have regular commitments to you know, whether it be putting out posts, blogs
as well as you now, activities on social media. You know, we literally have a plan that we're
sticking to and it's bringing in results.
