This is Brownie, her story is amazing, she is currently a resident at ****** Medical Foursie by www.etsy.com/shop/simplysphynx Brownies story: Elizabeth Mae, Founder: Brownie was picked up by San Antonio Texas Animal Control, and she was transported to us by Hand me down hounds. She was in terrible shape. They kept her alive because she had been through so much, but still had such a loving demeanor. We could tell she was a fighter. She was also pregnant, she had d been impregnated in her time outside while paralyzed. Basically taken advantage of because she couldn't get away. She had abscessed bite wounds as well. She made is through SO much. At the worst of it she was still leaning up against us and asking to be held. Brownie was only 8 months old! After her spay and surgery, Brownie had to sit still for a few months in order for her spine to fuse back together. She never regained feeling or control if her back end. Because of this, she is in diapers. She had to wait two months before she could come out of her own bedroom and be in the cafe! Thankfully, a friendly supporter put us into contact with Airie McCready - owner of Simply Sphynx! Airie has so generously donated diaper covers and foursies do that Brownie can slide around safely, in all of her fluffy glory. Look at her now! Brownie is hanging at Safe Haven, ready to find her forever home.
