on top of the butter. And we're going to discard these herbs. So we're going to flip the chicken
as soon as we start to see white, creeping up the sight of here. And it's o.k if you
under cook this chicken. Because we are going to bake it again, in the oven. And generally
when this butter starts to disintegrate, we can flip it over.
