Ankama Japan General Manager Mathieu Youna has presented the company to us.
Wakfu series co-director's Oliver Tulliez

Japanese animation became famous in late 70’s.
Especially with Grendizer.
The Japanese animation invades totally the French TV screen.
From the 70's Japanese animation were broadcasted on French television,
As French people grown up watching the same anime that Japanese children watched,
French and Japanese people share now same values and culture provide by this animation.
From UFO Robot Grendizer to Dragon Ball and Space Sheriff Gavan,
The number of Japanese animation series broadcasted in France is really impressive.
Mister Takahashi were very surprised that French people
can understand otaku's references and values.
Mister Takahashi is the director of Ogrest, an Ankama animation.
At the end of the conference,
we had a book signing from Oliver, one of Ogrest's maker.
And also from Mangetsu san an illustrator working in Ankama Japan.
