THE HIGH-END PIECES LIKE THE HOOD FAN,
ALL OF THE APPLIANCES.
IT REALLY DOES.
THESE ARE INCREDIBLE-LOOKING PULLS HERE.
THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL.
PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THAT, EVERYTHING, LIKE THE FAUCET.

AND YOU'VE GOT ENERGY-EFFICIENT WINDOWS RIGHT ABOVE IT.
ALL THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REPLACED,

AND WE STAYED ON THE TIMELINE OF FOUR WEEKS.
HE REALLY PULLED IT OFF, HE REALLY DID.
ABSOLUTELY.
THIS GOES TO SHOW YOU DON'T NEED A HUGE BUDGET
NO, IN FACT, MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE WALKED INTO THAT HOME,
SEEN IT, TURNED RIGHT AROUND, AND WALKED BACK OUT.
IT WAS A TOTAL DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH.
JUST A DIAMOND THAT NEEDED A POLISH,
AND IT DIDN'T TAKE US EIGHT YEARS TO RENOVATE, THANKFULLY.
THE FINAL RESULT-- A PERFECT CITY RETREAT FOR TWO
IN THE LOCATION TINA AND JAMES WANTED,
