Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel.
This is what I eat in a day.
So first I boil some water
and while I wait for it to be ready
I eat about a tbsp of blackstrap molasses
Then I get some tea
I usually go for this ginger and lemon one from Tesco
and I pour some boiling water inside the cup
While I wait for it to cool down a bit
I make my breakfast
My daily go-to breakfast is chocolate banana nice cream
What I use is bananas frozen overnight, oats,
cacao, desiccated coconut
and agave syrup,
I think it's pronounced like that... agave
These last two are optional, I just like the taste of them
So I put two frozen bananas in the blender
Ehm, sorry I'm in a gown, I just woke up
And now I add oats
I add around 100 g or so
I don't usually measure it, so more or less
Then I add about a tbsp of cacao
and some water
so the oats blend well
and also because my blender is not that good
and then, you blend!
I used to do banana ice cream
with around four or five bananas and cacao
but I started adding oats
I think it just leaves me more satisfied and full
If you add oats and water it's obviously
going to be more liquidy
you can drink it if you want, but I just prefer ice cream
So I put it in the freezer right after
for about 30-60 mins
then when it's ready, I add some agave syrup
I've just realised that I put too much on this one.... oh well
and then some coconut
you can add whatever you like, I just like it plain like this
For lunch, I had some chickpeas with curry sauce
this is the easiest recipe ever
You need chickpeas, balti sauce, broccoli
nutritional yeast, flax seeds
and some lemon juice
so I always put the chickpeas with the balti sauce in my pressure cooker
and I let it cook
I cook a big batch so I can eat it the following days
Today was the next day after cooking
so I'm just warming he chickpeas with the broccoli
and I do i this way because I have no microwave
After that, I put some nutritional yeast and flax seeds on top
with some lemon juice, and there you go!
And finally for tea or dinner
We went out to this restaurant near our house
I got the beetroot and apple courgetti with tomato and basil sauce and toasted pine nuts
with chips and beetroot on the side to share
And that's it
