The Riu Palace is for somebody who’s just a step above the Santa Fe.
That’s somebody who wants a little bit more peace and quiet,
not so many activities, a little bit more elite,
a little bit more fine dining not quite so many children
although they do have an amazing children’s program.
It is more oriented towards adults
more oriented towards people who are looking to relax
and not so much go and partying and,
and have a lot of night life but more
there to enjoy themselves and relax.
The beach at Los Cabos is, is, is
more for walking and your viewing pleasure
swimming it does have a huge undertow and a current
so I would not recommend you swimming in Los Cabos
and that’s why they have such extensive pools in this area.
Both their pools are infinity pools.
Most of the rooms are junior suite and I would totally recommend the upgrade.
The rooms are gorgeous. They’re all marble. Each room has a mini bar
as well as an actual, a room liquor dispenser.
All inclusive twenty four hours a day.
The service was excellent, the food was amazing.
They had four à la carte restaurants at the Palace
plus your buffet and your snack bar and twenty four hour room service.
Lands End is probably the most beautiful
picturesque scene I have ever seen in my life.
It is where all the rock formations end and the Pacific Ocean begins
and East meets the West. And that’s why the current is so rough
there, because they join together and the undertow is absolutely spectacular
but it’s probably one of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever seen.
And there’s this big huge archway where all the dolphins and sea lions
swim and the whales migrate in the winter time.
This is all within ten minutes of the Riu properties
as well as right in town in Cabo San Lucas.
Cabo San Lucas itself is a magnet for night life.
They have Cabo Wabo which Sammy Hagar owns. Probably the best
Tequila I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Oh, El Squid Roe, El Squid Roe was great seriously.
Three major night clubs plus all the little bars you could just walk on.
You can walk on the marina there’s thousands of
boats. There are million dollar boats that you can just go and walk along
and there is restaurants and little patio bars lining it.
It’s the most spectacular view I have ever seen.
Cabo is one of those places the rich and famous go and
we as Canadians are just starting to explore it and it’s absolutely spectacular.
