EVAN BLANKENSHIP: Hi. my name is Evan Blankenship with Expert Village, and I'm going to be talking
about how to land a switch Ollie. Alright, so you've got those first steps down. A good
foot position that you're comfortable rolling with, a good pop to get the board into the
air, you slide your front foot to level it out, and you sucking your legs to get more
height. The next step is all about landing on the board. So, what you want to do is when
you're in the air, just concentrate on the bolts. Just make sure that your feet are over
the bolts and you're ready to land centered. And if you're feeling a little off balanced
in the air, just kick the board down and bail; it's no big deal, just try it again. Alright,
so you want to make sure you're always on the bolts. Now 'cause if you're a little off
centered and you're dropping down anything, you probably going to break your board, you
have to go to a skate shop and get a new one. So, just remember, land on the blots, it's
the safest place, and it'll make your board lasts a lot longer.
