heading to Onagawa town on 24 Nov 2012.
Onagawa town was one of the most damaged town by Tsunami. It is said that over 20m high Tsunami hit this town.
We visited this town about a year ago. We expected to see some progress of recovery...
Look! We can see some lights! It looks also cleaner than last year.
Let`s see how the town has changed..
I guess....piles of scrap seems much less than last year....
I think these pictures were drawn by children for wishing soon recovery of this town
That white building...it must be one which founded by Qatar
fallen building are still there....
two of them are still there...why?
missing a large building near the sea....was it destroyed?
strange...the large building was pulled out and two fallen buildings are still there? People decided to keep them here?
I remember.....there were a few buildings in front of here last year...
many buildings near the sea are cleaned up....
Size of the bay looks larger than before...
large space around the bay was underwater...I guess the bay was digged down to be able to operate...
digging was easier way than filling up?
