What's up guys its Thomas from Rohmer Fitness and today I've got the top three aesthetic
exercises that you can do for your upper body. But before I get into that be sure to check

content only with my subscribers. Now this isn't going to be one of those videos where
I say if you were stranded on a deserted island and you could only do three exercises for
the rest of your life what would they be? No this is really more about supplemental
exercises that you can add into your routine right now to get a better-looking physique.
So what's the first exercise you might be wondering? It is the incline dumbbell press.
Far too many guys get it wrong when it comes to chest training. I mean seriously how many
guys do you see rush to the flat barbell bench as soon as Monday rolls around? Doing too
much flat barbell bench press will create a flat droopy man *** look that you want
to avoid at all costs. So how do you combat this problem? You prioritize your upper chest.
This means you're going to start your chest workout with the upper chest and you can do
an exercise like the incline dumbbell bench press for example. Once you finish that you
can move onto your flat barbell bench. If you're not doing any upper chest work at
all right now, I highly recommend that you incorporate this exercise into your routine
and it will really help to bring overall balance to your chest. Now the next exercise is one
of my all time favorites and that is the side lateral raise. I love this exercise so much
because it really helps to add that capped shoulder look and build great definition in
the shoulders. Not only that but it also helps create full tension on the side deltoid. So
sure you know a lot of you know like the military press that will work on all three heads of
your deltoid, but most of the emphasis is placed on the front delt. All of the tension
is going to be on the side delt, and it will really help to broaden out your shoulders.
So if you want some cannonball delts that are just beggin' to be felt then give this
exercise a try. Now for my final exercise I have the chin-up. This is one of the most
classic exercises of all time and it really helps to build great overall back development.
However the problem with this is that it is a very challenging exercise so you see a lot
of guys gloss right over it and skip it. And I mean its not like anyone will know if you're
skipping your chin-ups right? Wrong, you will know. And at the end of the day there is only
one person looking back at you in the mirror and that's one person you don't want to
cheat. So do your chin-ups. All right guys thanks so much for watching this video. I'd
