I customize different vehicles just for fun and thought you may enjoy this Peterbilt 379
that I did a few minor changes to.
I stretched the frame and made it into a quad axle, doubled the walk plate, added a tool
box, added running lights to the bottom of the Texas Bumper and added Peterbilt to the
mud flaps. It sets it apart from the stock version and it’s fun customizing and giving
it that personal touch.
I have been customizing scale vehicles and building quality dioramas for years and thought
this may give you some ideas to customize your own scale trucks. The pictures are not
the best it looks much better in real life, this is a 1:32 scale truck.
I also build dioramas and these little details really add to the finished product. Here are
a few pictures of dioramas I have scratch built. If you want to check out some information
about dioramas head on over to HowToMakeADiorama.com I could never find quality dioramas on the
market so I had to create my own.
I have also created a few accessories to go with dioramas like parts and supply boxes,
food boxes, fan belts sleeves, etc. There is also a video of a complete build of an
old storage building that you may want to check out. This old storage building is a
good place to start when building dioramas because the buildings are very important to
the finished look of any scene.
Check them out it will be worth your time.
