Ok
So, Sarah
Do I have your agreement to hypnotize you? Yes.
I want you to know that, if you want to be hypnotized, if you expect to be hypnotized, you will be hypnotized.
For the entire session today, you will always be aware of what is happening
you will always have control over what is going on.
And if there is something you don't want to do, or if there is something you don't feel like tackling, you just don't go there,
and so we won't touch that part.
Ok?
Now, like I said to you when we spoke previously,
as long as you allow yourself to go into this state, its going to be feeling very natural, very relaxing
So, the deeper you go with it, the better it feels for you
Is it ok with you if during this session
you allow this part of you, that we normally call the conscious mind.. The one that is judging, analyzing, criticizing, and whatever...
Is it ok with you to take that and just leave it aside for the time that we work?
And you can think all about it afterwards. But during the session, just be responsive to what is going on and just observe..
But not like analyzing, or judging or anything.. Is that ok with you?
Yes.
Also, is it ok with you that during the session, as long as we do this session
you.. just have this inner choice of leaving aside words like 'I think, I hope, maybe, I'm not sure'?
Because, there is no such thing as being perfect. So, when I ask you something, or I tell you something
what I want you to do is take that and just go with it.
You don't have to go and say "oh this has to be perfect!" Like "I have to give a perfect answer."
Whatever comes first, thats what you go with it. Is that ok?
Yeah, thats fine. Even if it doesn't make sense.
Even if it doesn't make sense. I don't want... Because, who says "it doesn't make sense"?
It is the Conscious
