and my entrepreneurial journey
and definitely subscribe and stay tuned if you'd like
to request videos om
please leave them in the comments below and this video today and going to be
explaining my architecture project
on-screen this is a speed model
of about six or seven times
speed and
I'm gonna be explaining what this project is and
I'm also going to be telling dome stories about how I got into architecture
and why I'm so passionate about it
why I do what I do so first and for most
this project
that on-screen currently is untitled but the program
of it is a sculpture studio and
the constraint as I had to design with was 36
36 by eight feet
That was the lot size: and
the professor allowed me to kind of go above and beyond
so I decided to imagine that this was nestled
in a hillside with a Grandview
and I also want to make it multi-level
so I can take advantage the square footage
and the studio is about 1200
to 1500 square feet
and there's also he smart preach
at will to me much smaller
studio or series those a.m.
living quarters um and
the the idea behind this project is called
hers works now honors work is
the governor's work has E monument like
the vietnam memorials or the
um Washington Monument those may be considered
earthworks in downtown Portland uresti
series I'll rock which formulates
mountains and waterfalls in it his and hers
work and it's about how are you
movie and form there's in how
the form is kinda one was urs
and sell in this particular project
arm what I'm doing right now on screen in some
adding since fears to structural steel
which makes up arm you want that
supports for the truth and for the floor system
and well sys-con here
service Clearlake everyone is simple design
but at the same time something that was
complex by its function sue
when I what I would envision is
someone would get out the car
or us there by Kim right at
to lock up to the end to the property
in they would see this kinda on
engines for your but everything was mostly flat
and above the surface he would see these different
cubes you can see in the top these two cubes one will actually be class
and the other will be a combination of stone and glass
and imagine
that you walk onto this surface
and its stone you have this
she you %uh mountains or
possibly Beach ocean or something like that and
Feb at first glance it's a very simple project
by in this class Q you can actually go in there
and be protected by the wind be protected by the arrangement Barnes
and by any dust and at the place where
the artist or some artist keep going to work
it's a nine by nine by nine cube
and it's not particularly a very large space
but imagine if in this cube you can't have
a soft carpeted floor nice
latch to those and you can lay down
and overlook and grandview
a few choice and you can happen here
artist book and draft and work on things and
maybe you are a musician you working on
have to see your music you can be as small music studio
that has me you
arm a little bit about
my journey Mac texture on
is I just remember when Alice four-years-old
in box strangle
rectangle and Rambis wherein the four main sheeps today used to
construct houses and
I'll just sit in my knee Meyer
aunts Holly between her
living room your fireplace n kitchen
n 10 a.m. area and I'll be there with my sister
and we were just have papers upon papers
time papers on the floor and
I was really just rock in create and I never ever stopped
and parties the series in three years
is to inspire young aspiring
masters arts and some you know
I'm the founder does nonprofit que me
it stands for aspiring masters a large
you have been that ever since I was a kid and
hey just I think about everything that I did when I was younger like
I would bills with legal its I would be
built with little blocks at school
and you matter whether I was at school or at work
along my a early adult life I would literally just
drama and we're canadian-style I felt would be world-changing
here on screen and rendering
EU you can see kind of sum up the slopes some other some
peak heavy hers to the backside
what's in the psych see and color is
glass the rate is structural steel
you can see the two boxes atop and you can kind of see
there would be Amy a downward approach to this property
the top-level is flat and
Kenneth minimalist that when you take the slopes down
for the stairs down the huge open up
as well as the studio concept and
applications this studio
down at the bottom is going to be
water reflection basically which will have
calling me or tilapia some kinda
aquaculture and the roots could be
rehearsed in roof which can be collected
in the basin below which would reflect a different class and differently
reflected upon the structure and is also going to be a small preach
that will lead to other as it lands on his property
you don't actually see that in this view um
here in the lower screen you can see and treating be
on structure and this video is coming to an end soon
this is just a very short south of Spokane
a smart video and I'm getting ready to you present to you
sent the final you set this property like I said please subscribe for more
