On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make Congri.
My rice is now fully cooked. It's delicious, absolutely delicious I'm sure. This is what
it is suppose to look like when it is cooked. Don't let it stick to the pot. That is why
you don't want it to cook on high because you don't want it to stick to the pot. You
want to go ahead and move it around, make sure, you see how it is not sticking to the
pot, you want it not to stick because then you get sticky, nasty rice. Everything is
covered. The beans are in there, it is cooked really nice and fully. I am going to turn
off my stove and I am going to place it on a plate and we are going to taste this delicious
rice with some pork rinds on the side. I am going to decorate the plate for you and show
you how we are going to place it. Moving it around a little bit. I'm going to take my
plate and place a nice amount on my plate, this delicious rice. See, that is cooked it's
not soft rice, not clumpy.
