Here I am, ready to prepare the peanut butter & banana smoothie I promised you.
I asked my virtual kitchen to take everything away, bu *** left a few things behind.
I'm going to start with the ingredients. For a smoothie that's enough for 2 people, we will need
3 full tablespoons of peanut butter,
1 cup of fat-free yogurt,
1 cup of fat-free milk, preferably organic.
2 big bananas
Let's start with the peanut butter.
Seeds and nuts, from which peanut butter is derived, are among some of the best sources of Vitamin B7 or Biotin.
Peanuts don't only have Vitamin B7, they have protein just like eggs.
Eating protein helps you protect your internal organs,
and to form and repair tissues, like muscles, that have become worn from everyday use.
Now let's add the dairy products - the yogurt and milk.
They contain a lot of biotin, and if they're fat free, they also have less fat.
We add the milk.
The last ingredient we will add is the bananas,
which have tons of magnesium, which is wonderful for your bones and for blood circulation.
They have potassium, which is great for your heart.
And once all the ingredients are together in the bowl,
So we blend them.
We mix them until they become a homogenous color, like light cream.
I'd like you to keep in mind that the food we eat everyday
could be contributing to solving a health problem, but in most cases they could be aggravating it.
We must be informed, so we can make better decisions.
For our children to grow healthy, & for us to have a better quality of life.
And before I say goodbye,
I would like to mention other ingredients that contain significant amounts of Biotin.
Like cauliflower, carrots, onions, cucumbers, almonds, nuts, seeds, berries, and more.
I hope you enjoyed the 2 recipes I made for you today,
and I invite you to subscribe to our channel
because we must be informed, we need to know!
Until next time, friends.
