How do you change behavior To Quit Smoking?
Hi Lela Bryan here. How do you change behaviors to quit smoking? I always tell people it always
takes 21 days to make or break a habit. When I was smoking, I quit smoking in 1978, I would
have smoked in the shower if I could have kept it lit. Here's how I look at it. Success
is built on success. So what you do is take little baby steps and awareness is the first
step to change. You have to be aware of what your doing before you can change it. What
I have you do is to smoke as many cigarettes as you want and don't deprive yourself in
anyway and I know that sounds very strange. Just be aware of how you smoke and then make
little changes as you go along. Maybe around meal times or first thing in the morning,
last thing at night around your routines or behaviors. In my classes, Nicotine Solutions,
I have very specific behaviors that I have you do in changing your routines and behaviors
and how you deal with stress, emotions and things like that. So one of the things you
would really want to do is, pay attention to how you change all these behaviors over
a gradual time, maybe like 6 weeks. That is what I do in my classes. I have made about
20 of these videos on tips on how to stop smoking. You can download all 20 to get some
ideas on how to quit smoking. I also have a free meeting you can attend and hear some
example of the assignments I use in my class or you can do it on your own and say ok I
am going to slowly, step by step, change my behaviors so that they become permanent routines
rather than going cold turkey. Its very *** your body to change abruptly. So go to

answer some of your questions about stop smoking.
