Welcome to the JTCGaming champion spotlight, featuring Vision Ward, The guiding light.
Vision Ward is a physical support champion. It's range of vision and vision always makes
it a good matchup with other players. A well-played Vision can help teams dominate the fields
of justice, and win the game.
Vision Wards passive is All-Seeing Eyes. All-Seeing Eyes reveals all things around its vicinity.
Any stealthed or non-stealthed enemy champions and monsters caught in its range are immediately
shown on the map for other team players.
VISION! creates a vision ghost to give more vision to your team. If any enemy champions
are caught in VISION!'s stare, they will be slowed for a certain amount of time. If the
enemy champion is looking away from the vision ghost, they will not be slowed. This is effective
in teamfights where the enemy team is looking straight at you.
Vision Ward is also great for jungling, as you will see with his next ability, Line of
Sight. Line of Sight creates a line of vision wards in a straight line. It gives vision
to the monsters in the jungle.
If Line of Sight is used on the wolves, the line spreads out and instantly shows the wolves
on the map. This is effective for showing where the wolves are at any given time.
Vision Wards 3rd ability is Death Stare. Death Stare makes Vision Ward stand still for a
certain amount of time, giving vision to nearby players and slowly draining a turrets health.
During this time, all minions bow down to the Vision Ward, and accept it as its new
master. I recommend getting Death Stare first, and maxing it by level 9
Vision Wards ultimate is Never-Ending Gaze. This ability can only be used on the enemy
teams nexus, and when used, surrounds the nexus with vision wards, and gives vision
to your team. This will win you the game.
For runes, I recommend taking flat marks of damage, gold quintessences, gold seals, and
glyphs of scaling magic resist. This is to give Vision ward a good start on the enemy
team, allowing it to harrass more easily in lane.
For masteries, I go 0/0/30 to maximize vision wards sight range with Scout, and gaining
the extra movement speed to jump through the lanes, destroying towers with Death Stare.
The added supporting benefits, such as the health, biscuit, and explorer ward, all will
help your team get more vision.
