RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi. This is Rich Buccola here on New York City, and today, on behalf
of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a Greek sausage and vegetable bake.
All right, I'm back and what we're going to do is like, I spiced up this recipe, spice
this up like a Stove Top stuffing or any kind of stuffing that's instant. So what we're
going to do though, is we're going to first add our butter and our oil and get this pan
really hot. So let's do this. Come on, I'll show you easy it is. All right, we'll going
to turn on the nice high flame, that's a good one, medium to high flame. I'm going to add
about two tablespoons of butter, add a tablespoon of olive oil; I want to get that real hot.
All right, I got this nice and hot, so I'm just going to lower the flame just a wee bit,
a little bit. I'm going to add all of our onions, just one small onion. I would say
about three quarters of a cup of onion, chopped very fine, and about a half a cup of celery,
also chopped real fine. I'm going to put that in and saute these just to where they open
up and get translucent.
