Hi, Map Makers!
Have you found places that are already on Google Maps but have incomplete information?
It's easy to add that missing information using Google Map Maker!
First, find the general area in which the point of interest is located on Map Maker.
Next, hover your cursor over the edit button,
it's just to the right of the red 'Add New' button.
Clicking 'Select a Place' will bring up a search bubble,
allowing you to click on any location listed in that general proximity.
Once you select a feature, click the 'Edit' tab that will appear to the bottom right of the feature bubble,
then select 'Edit this Place'.
You can also manually search for a feature using the search bar at the top of the screen,
and repeat the last step, by clicking 'Edit'
and then 'Edit this Place.'
Once you've made your edits, be sure to click 'Save', and you're all done!
Now, you're all ready to start updating places on the map!
Thank you for using Google Map Maker!
