It's about how to build your confindence with our posture
Because we're a woman, when we going to mall, and sitting at somewhere.. it's so cool when we see a woman, who doing that posture
So let's start how to open your inner confidence
Because a man love woman who can being confidence
The first.. because I'm a Pilates's instructor
So that posture is very important to me
The first one is how about lengthen your spine
How to make lengthen?
Let's feel between the rib cage and hips, the distance must being lengthen
So not like that, but do like this..
So if you spine feel being lengthen
So your body posture will be straighten too
And if it's straighten, we're can be stand out, more confidence
If you see a woman with a posture like that, it's very unfortunate.. it's better to doing like this one
So the first is separate the distance between ribs and hips
And the second is from our shoulder
It's not good, if a woman has a shoulder like this posture
So let's open your shoulder, and feel the rear muscle
The bones in our shoulder will be closely together
But not doing like this one too
And after you open its little, just drop the shoulder down
And the third is, how to make sure your back bone has the curve
But we have the curve
The curve has must like this
Why? Because woman has a womb
And we have *** too.. it's one of woman's advantage
And the fourth, the last one..
So, when we can build our posture it's will make change, like how to: sitting, standing, and walking
So if we can doing all of the right posture, for ribs and hips..
with our shoulder too..
